2. Physician Non-Member – $400.00
Physician who is not a current FSO-HNS/FSFPRS member
3. ENT Resident, Fellow or Student
This type is for students enrolled at medical school or those who are residents or fellows in the state of Florida.
4. NP or PA
This type includes NP/PA students.
5. Manager/Administrator

The Florida Combined Otolaryngology Meeting (FCOM) brings together the Florida Society of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery, the Florida Society of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Network of Florida Otolarygnologists for three days of otolaryngolgy-specific education.

Physicians in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery, other interested physicians, fellows, residents, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, otolaryngology administrators and students are encouraged to attend.
